Baran Group in the third national meeting of builders and designers of the construction industry
The third national meeting of builders and designers of the construction industry was held on February 23, 2022 in "Tehran Royal Hall" (Spinas Palace Hotel)
February 23, 2022, The 2,500-seat hall of the Spinas Palace Hotel in Tehran hosted the third national meeting of builders and designers of the construction industry.
Engineer Hamed Moghaddasi (one of the founders and senior managers of Baran Group) was one of the key speakers at the invitation of this event.
In a part of the meeting, Engineer Hamed Moghaddasi gave a comprehensive explanation about the service buildings and residential tower hotels of Baran Group and enumerated its differences with similar projects and buildings.
At the beginning of this presentation, Baran Group and its various components were introduced, and then, the theoretical foundations of Condominium or "condo hotels" were examined. Engineer Moghaddasi explored the various benefits of this style of building for various stakeholder groups, including family, community, and the construction industry.
This program, which included the celebration of the end of the year of the Iranian construction industry and the Engineer Day special program, was attended by a wide range of activists from various sectors of the construction industry, including managers in urban, civil and construction fields, top builders and architects in Tehran and Iran, members of the association of mass housing builders of Tehran Province, the influential architecture offices of the country, prominent construction companies and selected members of the Construction Engineering Organization.
In this meeting, several specialized panels were held and Engineer Hamed Moghaddasi was one of the participants in the panel of "Process of creating a landmark building"; The other participants were Engineer Davood Doost Mohammadi (CEO of Nexa Construction Group) and Engineer Ali Morad Fooladvand (CEO of Danak Construction Group).
The specialized panel of "Sustainable Architecture" as well as celebrating famous figures of Iranian architecture were among the other topics of this event.
Appreciation of the top entrepreneurs of the construction industry, appreciation of the selected builders of the year and appreciation of the selected architects of the year, were the focus of this important event in the construction industry.
